Can anyone view my memorial website?

You have the option to set it as public or private. Opting for a private setting allows you to select a password, ensuring that only those with the password can access and view the website. Your loved one's memories remain protected and accessible to only those you choose to share it with.

Can visitors add memories and comments to the memorial?

Yes, as the owner, you have the option to enable visitors to add their own memories and comments. If you choose to allow comments, you will receive notifications for all comments and pictures posted by visitors. You have control over approving and posting these contributions.

How long does it take for my personalized QR tag to arrive?

Please allow for 7-10 days for your tag to arrive.

How do I attach my QR code?

The QR Tag features an outdoor-rated adhesive tape that securely sticks to smooth and rough surfaces. Clean the area using the included cleansing pad, remove the back sticker, and press the tag firmly for 20-30 seconds. Detailed instructions and a cleansing pad are provided for easy application.

Are there any ongoing fees?

No, there are no on going fees. It is a one time purchase. 

Do I need a special app to view?

No. Open you phone camera and tap the link that appears.

Once you purchase your emblem, it will be shipped to you with an activation code. You will need to register the emblem with that code and create a user name and password. Once you have logged in to the emblem, you are in edit mode. In this mode you will be able to add cherished memories for your family and others to remember your loved one with you. Once you click "publish my emblem" the emblem memorial site will be live for others to view via the emblem's QR Code. This can be attached to a burial marker of your choice.
